These terms describe the general conditions under which Vast Hosting provides development, hosting, domain, email and support services. By using the website or services, you agree to these terms.

2. Services
Vast Hosting may provide services including custom website development, web application development, managed hosting, domain management, business email configuration, maintenance and support. The exact scope of services depends on what is agreed with each client.
3. Acceptable use
Services may not be used for illegal, abusive or harmful activities. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Hosting or distributing illegal content.
- Sending spam or operating phishing systems.
- Distributing malware or other harmful software.
- Hosting content that infringes copyright or violates applicable law.
- Using services in a way that threatens infrastructure, security or service stability.
Vast Hosting reserves the right to investigate, suspend or remove services that violate these conditions.
4. Client responsibility
Clients remain responsible for the legality, content and operation of their websites, applications, accounts and data. Vast Hosting provides technical services and support, but clients remain responsible for what they publish, store or operate through the infrastructure.
5. Payments
Payments may be made by bank transfer or PayPal unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Invoices must be paid within the agreed period. If payment is not made on time, Vast Hosting may suspend services until the outstanding balance is resolved.

6. Hosting availability
Vast Hosting aims to provide reliable services and stable infrastructure. However, uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, hardware issues, software issues, misuse, network events or force majeure may result in temporary interruptions or degraded performance.
7. Backups
Backups may be performed as part of operations, but clients should not rely exclusively on Vast Hosting for backup responsibility unless a separate explicit backup agreement exists. Clients are encouraged to keep their own copies where relevant.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Vast Hosting is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or data resulting from the use of its services. Vast Hosting also does not guarantee that services will always be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every specific purpose.
9. Account security
Clients are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under their account unless clearly caused by Vast Hosting’s own fault. Clients should use strong passwords and report suspected misuse as soon as possible.
10. Suspension or termination
Vast Hosting may suspend or terminate access to services if terms are violated, illegal or abusive activity takes place, invoices remain unpaid, or a security risk exists. Where possible, notice may be given first, but immediate action may be taken if necessary to protect systems or comply with legal requirements.
11. Age requirement
Users must be at least 16 years old to use Vast Hosting services. If a user is under 18, use of services must be done with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time to reflect operational, legal or service changes. The latest version will always be published on this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes relating to these terms or services are subject to applicable Dutch law.
